ADA Website Accessibility Lawsuit: a vegan restaurant

Windy Lucius has filed a digital accessibility lawsuit against a Florida limited liability company operating a restaurant in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, on March 6, 2023. The complaint alleges that the defendant's mobile website is not fully accessible to visually impaired consumers, violating Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Furthermore, the complaint alleges violations of Guideline 3.3.1 (Error Identification) and Guideline 3.3.3 (Error Suggestion), where error messages on forms are not properly announced or are not sufficiently descriptive.
