The vast majority of data displayed on this site (lawsuit records, business names, filing dates) is public record data sourced from federal courts via CourtListener/PACER. TDARI acts as a search engine/index for this public data. We do not modify factual court records.

If you find an error in the public record data, you must contact the relevant federal court clerk's office to correct the official docket. We periodically re-sync with CourtListener, and updates will reflect dynamically.

We use cookies primarily for analytics (GA4). You can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you disable cookies, some minor site features may not function properly, but the core database will remain accessible.

By using tdari.com, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

When you click an outbound link to an affiliate partner (e.g., accessiBe, UserWay), that partner may use a tracking cookie to attribute any subsequent purchase to TDARI. This tracking is governed by the respective partner's privacy policy. TDARI does not receive your personal purchase data from affiliates.

If you submit a lead form requesting legal assistance, we will transmit the information provided strictly to a vetted ADA defense attorney in our network so they may contact you. By submitting the form, you expressly authorize this transfer.

While TDARI is focused primarily on federal ADA filings, we recognize the privacy rights of California residents. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information collected directly by us (e.g., via a lead form).

Note on Public Records: Information lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records (such as court dockets) is legally exempt from the CCPA definition of "Personal Information." Requests to "delete" public litigation records from the TDARI index will generally be denied, as this is matters of public record.

TDARI is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
