Trust & Transparency
Transparency. Data. Intelligence.
TDARI was built to make public ADA litigation data understandable, searchable, and operationally useful for both business teams and legal professionals.
Why TDARI Exists
ADA digital accessibility litigation is public, but most of the data is fragmented, hard to interpret, and difficult to use in day-to-day decisions. Businesses need plain-English context. Legal operators need structured intelligence.
TDARI closes that gap by turning court records into a readable product layer while keeping the platform neutral, transparent, and explicit about what it is not.
What We Do
TDARI indexes public federal ADA digital accessibility cases, standardizes core filing fields, and surfaces signals such as filing volume, plaintiff activity, law firm patterns, and common technical allegations.
- check_circle Transparency: Data is derived from public federal court records and related public sources.
- check_circle Data: We structure case metadata, state-level trends, plaintiff firm activity, and technical allegation patterns.
- check_circle Intelligence: We provide business-side scanning and legal-market views without presenting the platform as legal advice.
Our Role
TDARI is a technology company and an informational data index. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Our platform is designed to equip executives and IT teams with the data they need to take proactive, defensive measures in consulting with their own legal counsel.
