Plaintiff Sanjay Sookul has initiated a class action lawsuit against an online formal wear and apparel rental service in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. This legal proceeding, filed on July 6, 2023, asserts that the defendant's digital platform presents significant accessibility barriers, thereby preventing visually impaired and legally blind individuals from accessing its goods and services.
