Sanjay Sookul, a legally blind individual, has initiated a civil rights action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Filed on January 30, 2024, the lawsuit targets an online apparel and accessories retailer, asserting that its website is not fully accessible to and independently usable by visually impaired persons.
