Plaintiff LESHAWN YOUNG, representing herself and a proposed class, has initiated a federal lawsuit against an online apparel and accessories retailer in the Southern District of New York, filed on March 4, 2026. Furthermore, the e-commerce website featured multiple pages with identical title elements, preventing screen readers from distinguishing between them, and contained broken links that offered no communication about their non-existent status.
