DERRICK ANDERSON has initiated a civil rights action against an upscale nightclub and event venue, filing the complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on July 7, 2025. Represented by Uri Horowitz, Esq., the plaintiff, a legally blind individual, contends that the establishment's digital platform fails to provide equitable access to its services and information for visually impaired users.
